Benzodiazepines are a type of prescription drugs used to treating anxiousness conditions, insomnia and seizures by enhancing effects of the neurotransmitter GABA. Illustrations of benzodiazepines include Xanax (alprazolam), Valium (diazepam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Ativan (lorazepam), Restoril (temazepam) and Librium (chlordiazepoxide). If you are taking benzodiazepines, you may knowledge muscle spasms. You may ease the discomfort of muscle spasm caused by the use of any benzodiazepine any amount of methods.

Instructions
1 Assess acuteness plus frequency of muscle spasms. If your muscle spasms significantly impair your functioning or constantly come to pass, skip to Step 5. If they are less severe or continual however are still uncomfortable, carry on to Stage 2.
